How do I book?
Choose your property, pick your dates on the calendar and follow the steps. You'll get an email straight away, and booking direct with us means no booking-site fees and a real person on the end of the phone.
Why book direct?
You'll never pay hidden booking-site charges, you can talk to us directly about anything, and we can be flexible when plans change.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in and check-out times are shown on each property page. If you need something different, just ask - we'll do our best.
How do I get the keys?
Once your booking is confirmed we'll email your arrival details, including the key lock box code where the property has one.
Can I bring my dog?
Pet policies differ by property and are shown on each property page, along with the maximum number of pets and any pet fee.
Is parking available?
Parking details are listed on each property page - for example 15B Sixth Avenue has side parking.
What's your cancellation policy?
Our full cancellation terms are in our Terms & Conditions. If anything changes, contact us as early as you can and we'll help wherever possible.
What is there to do nearby?
