Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed when we have accepted it and received the deposit (or full payment, where shown). The balance, if any, is due by the date shown on your booking. Arrivals inside the balance period are charged in full at booking.

Cancellations

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel. Refunds, if any, are at our discretion and subject to the notice given - set your own cancellation scale here.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times are shown on the property page. Please leave the property clean and tidy.

Number of guests

The number of guests must not exceed the property's stated capacity. Visitors should be agreed with us in advance.

Pets

Pets are only welcome at properties that state so, up to the stated number, and are subject to any pet fee shown. Pets must not be left unattended.

Damage and conduct

Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Please be considerate to neighbours and respect holiday-park rules.

Our liability

We take reasonable care to provide a safe and accurate stay but cannot accept liability for events outside our control. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
